The TAG was established in 1988 with the aim of creating a center of excellence in high technology heat treatment industry. The functional design allows you to work with different production units which allow the realization of vacuum heat treatment, ion nitriding, subcooling, vacuum brazing and special processes. The continuous development company, based and supported by constant investments in modern technologies, allows the TAG to collaborate, among others, with the major industries operating in specific sectors, such as aerospace, biomedical and energy. The collaboration between TAG and HTS was able to achieve an enviable record at the European level. In TAG was launched and put into operation one of the most capable and performing thermal vacuum treatment plants in Europe, the useful dimensions are 2000 X 2000 X 2400 mm, while the maximum charge can reach 8000 kg. Equally surprising are the characteristics that HTS has been able to provide to the system, making it suitable to ensure the performance required by the aviation industry, energy, large molds for die casting aluminum, both in terms of thermal uniformity that of cooling rate. Some of the solutions adopted for the integral management of the thermal cycles are the subject of patent by HTS, as absolutely innovative solutions.
