Farnborough International Airshow

Taking place just once every 2 years in Farnborough, Hampshire, the International Airshow is one of the most iconic events in the world. Held at the historical Farnborough Aerodrome – the birthplace of British aviation, the show features a jam-packed flying display both on the ground and in the air, as well as a multitude of entertainment features. While the world’s aviation experts were hammering out their business behind closed doors, everyone had the chance to have fun checking out the planes and the gear. Without any doubt this is the world’s greatest air show and the “wow” effect is guaranteed. This week long event that combines trade exhibition for the aerospace and defence industries as well as a public airshow, provides an opportunity to demonstrate civilian and military aircrafts to potential customers and investors. On the other side, the show aims to attract media coverage.

In the video below you can catch the highlights from the 2016 Farnborough Airshow air display, where Boeing 737 MAX and Locked Martin’s F-35 made their airshow debut.

This was the first top manager meeting taking place after Brexit.
