Industry 4.0 is the fourth industrial revolution, a process that will lead to the industrial fully automated and interconnected  production role.

Funny how italian businesses today are using only 1% of these data,  with great space for improvement and refinement in order to understand – from businesses – to improve the yield of the machines and get certain advantages.

The third perspective is the interaction between man and machine through touch interfaces, augmented reality (as the pioneering frontier of Google Glass to improve their performance at work).
Industry must also deal with transforming the digital in real with adaptive manufacturing, 3D printing, robotics, communications, machine-to-machine interactions and new technologies for the storage and use of  energy to optimize cost and performance.
The Industry 4.0 nickname was born in 2011 at the Hanover Fair and after a two years work  consolidated in a report in 2013, April 8th , also in Hanover.
What are the consequences of this fourth revolution? In return for professionals: employees will increase to the financial, management, information technology and engineering where the necessary skills are problem solving, critical thinking and creativity.
It seems the time to gear up on innovation embracing the whole lot of opportunities that this change can offer.
