Mommypreneurs is the project for young mothers

0

Mommypreneurs is a strange word, a beautiful word.
First of all, it is the name that has been given to the program promoted by PoliHub dedicated to young mothers (or future mothers) who are unemployed or on maternity leave who are not older than 30.
Be careful, however, because if the places are not sold out, the age requirement is no longer valid, so it is still worth considering the project.

Today in Italy there are about 1 million and 340 thousand companies led by women with higher growth rates than male ones (we are at + 2.9% against + 0.3%). The project aims to encourage the presence of women in SMEs.

Mommypreneurs was born as an international project, financed by the EEA and Norway Grants for Youth Employment fund. It includes free lessons on useful skills to start a business and re-enter the job market.

Applications are open until October 26 at 12 (there is still a few days) and you can find the form to fill out at this address.
If you do not have a gmail account, you can submit your application by sending an email with Curriculum Vitae attached to the address italy@mommypreneurs.eu

The program sees the involvement of the PoliHub team, teachers from the School of Management of the Politecnico di Milano and other professional trainers.

Classes will start on November 2, 2020 and will end in January for a total of nine weeks.
The modality is the online one, 3 times a week for 3 hours of lessons a day.
There are also 2 hours of mentorship and feedback sessions per week.

Access to content will also be possible at times other than those of the lessons, thus allowing participants to better manage their time.

The Mommypreneurs training course is divided into the following modules:
– Value Proposition
– Soft Skills
– Business Model
– Fundamentals of Marketing
– Go to Market: strategy and sales
– Main Working Tools
– Fundamentals of Business Economy
– Legal Environment and Intellectual Property
– Idea Presentation

The goal is to develop their business projects individually or in groups that will be presented at a final event. The best project will have access to a free incubation period in PoliHub for a duration of four months.
