HTS Vacuum Furnaces has completed, at the end of 2016, the necessary procedure and quality controls to obtain the ISO9001 certification to improve effectiveness and efficiency in the implementation of the products and increasing customer satisfaction.

Our Company decided to obtain the ISO9001 certification to standardize production processes. This certification is published on our certifications website page and allows us to acheive the highest quality level in design, prduction, customer support service and maintenance of vacuum furnaces. It also allows us to provide a top quality service for our customers.

The decision has been taken in order to meet the market demands: increasingly powerful and reliable product taking into account consumption reduction.

At the end of 2016 we acheived the ISO9001 certification, carried out at an internationally recognized institution.

We can now share with all our customers in Aerospace, Automotive and Energy an international recognized top quality service allowing us to open our activities in the international markets with competence and quality.

Requirements of the ISO9001 standard apply to all business processes, from sales to purchasing management, production and so on. The process must be registered and documented and all the results will be recorded on special forms (of quality records).

HTS Vacuum Furnaces produces, repairs and sells industrial vacuum and high vacuum furnaces for the heat and surface treatment of metals. The work done in synergy with experts in the areas of heat treatment, metallurgy and steels, and our constant commitment to the research and development of new technological solutions, enable us to offer an excellent product and service that is always at the very highest levels.

To achieve conforming products, the accredited certification process is expected to provide confidence that the organization has a quality management system that conforms to the applicable requirements of ISO 9001. In particular, it is to be expected that the organization:

A. Has established a quality management system that is suitable for its products and processes, and appropriate for its certification scope

B. Analyzes and understands customer needs and expectations, as well as the relevant statutory and regulatory requirements related to its products

C. Ensures that product characteristics have been specified in order to meet customer and statutory/regulatory requirements

D. Has determined and is managing the processes needed to achieve the expected outcomes (conforming products and enhanced customer satisfaction)

E. Has ensured the availability of resources necessary to support the operation and monitoring of these processes

F. Monitors and controls the defined product characteristics

G. Aims to prevent nonconformities, and has systematic improvement processes in place to:

1. Correct any nonconformities that do occur (including product nonconformities that are detected after delivery)

2. Analyze the cause of nonconformities and take corrective action to avoid their recurrence

3. Address customer complaints

H. Has implemented an effective internal audit and management review process

I. Is monitoring, measuring and continually improving the effectiveness of its quality management system
