During the life cycle of a furnace for heat treatment is inevitable the accumulation of carbon, in its interior, in the form of soot.

This adversely affects the performance of the furnace and the duration of its components; is, for example, absorbed by the refractory coating modifying the thermal characteristics, or may interfere with the transfer of heat to the parts being machined.

In the long term we can find small faults such as inaccurate temperature readings or malfunctioning sensors for oxygen but also more serious problems such as the need to replace parts of the oven. Precisely for these reasons, it becomes very important to avoid these unwanted deposits carbon within the furnace and ensure safely remove in case you encounter.
